The property is approached via a long private drive and has a large lawned garden and patio to the rear with ample space to spread out and relax.

The Mews is located in a quiet spot just on the outskirts of the picturesque town and harbour of St Ives with its water front restaurant and a wealth of art galleries including the Tate Modern and Barbra Hepworth Museum. Explore the winding streets with some amazing individual shops, or take a walk on the coastal path then relax on one of the gorgeous sandy beaches. You can hop on the scenic coastal railway service from nearby Lelant or Carbis bay in to St Ives. The wide estuary at Hayle has its own bird and wildlife marshes, a magnet for birdwatchers. The historic town of Marazion is nearby, and magical St Michael’s Mount perched on its rocky outcrop can be reached on foot by causeway at low tide, or by small boat at high tide.The area boasts some of the best beaches in Cornwall including nearby Carbis Bay, Porthminster and the pretty harbour beach right in the heart of St Ives.

Walkers will love the coastal pathways and bridleways. Cyclists can enjoy miles of bike trails, and birdwatchers from around the UK visit nearby Hayle Estuary and Marazion Marshes. Explore and enjoy the sub- tropical gardens including Trebah, Glendurgan Garden and Trelissick Garden. With great road links you can make the most of exploring this diverse corner of Cornwall, from West Cornwall to St Michaels Mount, Penzance, Mousehole, Newlyn, Lands End and Sennen.
