The Cornish market town of Liskeard is close by and has all the amenities one could ask for. North of the town is Bodmin Moor with fantastic walks and views over old mining engine houses that symbolise Cornwall s proud past. To the south is the coast, with the villages of Looe and Polperro remaining popular with the seasonal tourists. Many sheltered coves and harbours can be found here and are popular for both bathing and fishing. Attractions include The Adrenalin Quarry, Kart World, Siblyback Segway adventure, the Monkey Sanctuary and for the cyclist, Cardinham woods, not forgetting the Looe Valley branch line. On entering this pretty barn conversion you will be met by the inviting and spacious lounge complete with exposed beams, wooden flooring, open fire, Smart TV and DVD. From here double doors lead through to the enclosed garden area with decking, garden furniture and BBQ, where you can sit back and enjoy the peace of the surroundings. The kitchen/diner is also on the ground floor and accessed via two steps down. This area is again welcoming and homely with a table seating four and all the equipment required to rustle up a feast or a quick breakfast before heading down to the pool or out for a days exploring. Complete with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a handy separate WC on the ground floor. Heading upstairs you will find the two bedrooms and family bathroom. The master bedroom is a king size and there is also a twin ideal for children and adults alike. The family bathroom has bath, shower and WC. Outside the property benefits from an enclosed garden area with decking, garden furniture and BBQ, a fantastic area for alfresco dining or just soaking up the warmer evenings. There is an array of facilities onsite including a shared heated outdoor salt water pool (open from beginning of May to end of September), tennis court and boules court. A shared games room, for those rainy days with pool, table football and darts board, or why not wander the grounds of the 110 acre site with woodlands and streams.
