Then head further inside into the beautifully light and airy open plan living area. This fabulously sociable room boasts a cool and contemporary look with a comfortable L shaped sofa, Smart TV and a dining area providing the perfect venue for laid back meals overlooking the water. Another lovely feature of this room is the dual aspect provided by the two sets of double doors that lead to the decked patio, which enable guests to enjoy dining alfresco with ease during warm weather. The kitchen area is perfectly appointed, offering a great selection of high end appliances including an electric oven, electric combination microwave oven, electric induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washer/dryer. There are two beautiful bedrooms, the first of which is a cosy king size room which also overlooks the water and benefits from a further set of double doors leading to the patio. Located at the opposite end of the hallway is the spacious second bedroom with its super king bed (which can be made up into a twin upon request), with an en suite shower room with a rain shower and WC. Completing the offering inside the apartment is a family bathroom with a rain shower over bath and WC. Heading outside, further highlights await in the form of a fabulous enclosed patio area with garden furniture and gorgeous water views.
