The area is also ideal for keen walkers, with spectacular coastal walks within easy reach. There is a small sandy beach in Polperro at low tide. There is a local golf course at nearby Looe, National Trust houses, the Duchy garden centre and much more within easy reach. Within a short drive you will reach Looe, a popular resort with gift shops, fish and chip stalls and a family-friendly beach. Be sure to also make the short drive to Fowey, a charming fishing town with a selection of boutiques and art galleries.
