Taking its name from the Cornish for “Love Sea,” Kara Mor is a contemporary three bedroom property, with views towards the sea, situated on the Two Coves development. Formerly the Duporth Holiday Village, the site boasts a collection of newly built properties, surrounded by established trees and shrubs, to create a natural ambiance. The development is bordered by woodlands creating the ideal setting for a tranquil stroll, whilst the private Duporth Sands is within a five minute coastal path walk. The neighbouring village of Charlestown is real draw for those in search of a traditional working port. As a point of interest, the port is also home to a historic china clay building, and also home to the largest UK collection of artefacts and treasure recovered from shipwrecks. Charlestown town also has two pubs, a hotel and two restaurants, offering everything from traditional pub grub with local real ales, to a la carte dining. Only a couple of miles away from Duporth is St Austell, the largest town in Cornwall with a wonderful range a of independent shops. Here guests can experience the world famous Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. These major attractions attract worldwide visitors and provide an enjoyable day out for all ages.
