Enjoy alfresco dining or a glass of wine from here while taking in the miles of Cornish countryside; it is also an excellent place for stargazing! This holiday cottage is fitted to a high standard and is tastefully decorated and furnished. The two double bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms and the family bathroom has a walk in shower and a feature roll top bath. The master en-suite bedroom has French doors leading onto the balcony.
High View is situated close to the many tourist attractions that Cornwall has to offer including Port Isaac, Boscastle, and Tintagel which is the mythical home of King Arthur. Padstow can also be visited, either by road or by taking the short ferry crossing from Rock (2 miles), with its many shops, pubs and restaurants including Rick Stein’s. Hire a cycle from here and cycle the Camel Trail, a disused railway line that goes along the banks of the Camel Estuary and through to Bodmin. Also close by are the many fantastic surfing beaches at Newquay and Jamie Oliver’s restaurant Fifteen at Watergate Bay is also worth a visit. The North Cornwall Coastal Path can be easily accessed where visitors can enjoy the views of the dramatic rugged coastline and Bodmin Moor with its tors and historical monuments is approximately 9 miles. Shops and pub 1 mile.
