Here there is a family bathroom with a free-standing bath, and a shower room with a walk-in shower.
Couples will love these barns for a summer holiday and are equally appealing in the winter months. Walk along the wild windy shoreline, storm watch and return to snuggle up in front of the cosy multi-fuel burner. Each property also offers a private patio area with garden furniture, a lovely place for some al fresco dining.
Garden lovers will be delighted with neighbouring Trewidden Gardens, within walking distance and complete with tea rooms. The area is perfect for exploring the many delights of West Cornwall and the barns are just a short distance from Newlyn, with its working fishing harbour and wonderful history. Newlyn also boasts an excellent selection of local pubs, all serving great food and local ales.
There are a host of cafés, shops, and a choice of supermarkets nearby, as well as a multi-screen cinema and meadery. The larger sea-faring town of Penzance has an eco-heated, art deco outdoor swimming pool, a great way to spend an afternoon. Drive round to the historic town of Marazion and walk across to St Michael’s Mount at low tide, or take a small ferry at high tide.
A daily ferry service operates from Penzance to the beautiful Isles of Scilly, or fly from nearby Lands End airport. The stunning village of Mousehole with its famous tales of the Mousehole Cat is just a short drive away, as is The Minack Theatre, which is an open air theatre with the ocean as a backdrop.
