Boston House is the perfect getaway for families or large groups of friends to get away and enjoy a holiday or short break in The Lake District.. Ground Floor:

Dining room:  With seating for 14 people.
Large Kitchen:  With  separate gas cooker and hob, dishwasher and microwave small flat screen TV/DVD combi.
Utility room:  With washer and tumble dryer and large stainless steel fridge freezer.. First Floor:
Bedroom 1:  With kingsize four poster bed, alarm clock and TV and en-suite shower room with W.C.
Bedroom 2:  With double four poster bed, alarm clock and TV and en-suite shower room with W.C.
Bedroom 3: With double half tester bed, alarm clock and TV and en-suite shower room with W.C.
Bedroom 4: With bunk beds, alarm clock and TV.
Bathroom:  With bath, WC and hand basin.. Second Floor:
Shower room:  With hand basin and W.C.
Bedroom 5:  With twin oak beds, alarm clock and TV and en-suite shower room with handbasin and W.C.
Bedroom 6:  With double bed, alarm clock and TV and en-suite shower room with handbasin and W.C. (This room also contains an extra single bed giving the property a sleeping capability of 15).
Bedroom 7:  With twin beds, alarm clock and TV and sink, and use of the separate shower room with WC. All fuel and bed linen and towels provided.
The houses do have wifi, however due to our remote operation we cannot guarantee this will compatable with your system.. Parking for up to 6 cars. Small patio. Walled courtyard garden with a raised patio with a large teak table and chairs and BBQ. . Boston House (’sister property’ to Alice Howe and Bannerrigg) is the perfect base for large groups of friends or families to take a holiday or a short break. The property sleeps 14 comfortably in 7 bedrooms, each bedroom has white cotton bedding and TV. Five of the bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms; the other two rooms have separate bathrooms, which means every bedroom has private facilities. For the romantics in your party there are two four poster beds and one half tester bed. The rear courtyard has a raised slate bed patio. At the front of the property the car park has been expanded and there is parking for up to 6 cars. The kitchen has solid oak units, Lakeland slate work-tops, a 7 ring burner - twin oven range cooker, 46 bottle wine cooler and 8 seat central island unit. The lounge has a living flame gas fire, leather settees, larger flat screen TV, DVD player cinema surround sound system and a hifi. The fireplace designed by Pugin is believed to be a small-scale replica of the one he designed for Westminster palace. The dining room has a huge table perfect for entertaining a large group. New 14 seat cinema in the cellar with hi-def, Blu-Ray projector and proper fold down cinema seats. The rear courtyard is walled all round and is extremely private. There is a huge teak table and chairs sitting on a raised slate bed patio perfect for dining al fresco and its surrounding walls mean that it is well protected from the wind. At the front of the property there is a second patio with table and four chairs, which is a real suntrap - perfect for a quiet coffee! The house has private parking for up to 6 cars. As you would imagine the property has been thoughtfully decorated and furnished in keeping with its Grade II listed status.
