There are nearby caves and caverns to explore and The Roaches, with Hen Cloud and Ramshaw Rocks provide an abundance of rock climbing, cycling and walking. Dove Dale with its renowned steppingstones and the Manifold Valley are both within easy reach. The famous Derbyshire spa town of Buxton is a short drive with its Opera House, pavilion gardens and theatre. The popular market towns of Bakewell and Ashbourne are both within a short drive. Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Tissington Hall and Alton Towers are all within easy reach. Head into the cottage through the big old style front door and into the spacious lounge/diner. The lounge is a comfortable and inviting space with leather chesterfield sofas situated in front of the Smart TV, a great place to socialise and relax after dinner. The dining table is overlooked by a beautiful chandelier lighting and hosts enough space for everybody to come together comfortably and enjoy one another s company over a special meal. There is a ground floor king size bedroom with en suite shower room and WC, ideal if you don t want to hike up the stairs. Heading up a couple of steps into the kitchen which is sleek and stylish, with two electric ovens and induction hob, two dishwashers, American style fridge/freezer and washing machine. Chat to friends over the breakfast bar or head through to the games room with table football, sofa and Smart TV, great for the kids to break away and enjoy their own space. Heading up to the first floor you will reach a further king size bedroom decorated with neutral tones and complimenting oak furniture, with nearby stunning bathroom which offers a freestanding bath, separate shower and WC. There is another king size bedroom and a double bedroom on this floor, both offering stylish en suite bathrooms with showers and WC. Accessed via their own individual staircases are the two second floor double bedrooms, decorated in neutral tones with lovely countryside views. Enjoy the quirky access under the low beams to their en suite shower rooms and WC. Outside there is a small courtyard with benches, great for enjoying some fresh air with a morning coffee. There is off road parking for two cars immediately outside the front door of the property with further roadside parking in the village square, just across the street, subject to availability.
