It benefits from uninterrupted views up to Bakewell Bridge and beyond and down the river. The interior is styled from the owner s Scandinavian heritage and love of Danish design. Offering an oasis of Nordic calm in amongst the hustle and bustle of the vibrant market town with cafes restaurants and shops only a few minutes stroll away and easy access to the country houses of Chatsworth and Haddon Hall. Once the old sawmill the building has been converted in recent years to provide accommodation in a unique position with the original fabric and style of the building having been retained. A single flight of stairs takes you to the first floor the accommodation then all being on one level having been newly fitted out in a modern Scandinavian contemporary style.
