Situated next to the A6 and easily accessed via the M1 motorway or the railways station of Belper, Matlock or Whatstandwell this property is a great base for exploring the natural beauty of the Peak District National Park. Enter the property into the farmhouse kitchen with the main features being the stunning oil Aga and an electric Aga cooker module, there s no need to worry about the washing up as there is a dishwasher to do the work for you. Just off the kitchen, step down into the utility room with fridge/freezer, and plenty of cupboard space. The spacious lounge with high ceiling offers comfortable seating, wood burner and TV/DVD. The lounge leads through to the conservatory with dining table which is the perfect space for dinner overlooking the garden. Also on the ground floor there is a spacious, twin zip and link bedroom (which can be made up as a super king size on request) which has a beautiful high ceiling, there is also a shower room with toilet on this floor. Head upstairs to the first floor where you are immediately met with the twin zip and link bedroom (which can be made up as a king size on request), there is also a handy WC next door. Head up a few more stairs to the bright and airy king size bedroom. Across the hall there is a shower room with WC and basin. Next door to the shower room is a bathroom with roll top bath and his and hers wash basins. The final room is a beautiful, super king size bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath, WC. Outside, there are a selection of outbuildings, the games room offering pool table, table football and dart board. A drying room with washing machine and dryer, the perfect place for wet coats and muddy boots. There is also shower block with two shower cubicles and WC, which is perfect for showering off before and after a soak in the hot tub. There is also plenty of space on the patio for lazy summer evenings and relaxing with good company.
