Lamp Cottage is an immaculate stone detached holiday property set in parkland where sheep and deer roam and is located in the grounds of the historic Leahurst Estate, the former summer residence of Florence Nightingale and her family. It is approached down a private driveway through a meadow and a gate leading to a gravelled parking area. A large oak porch leads into this delightful accommodation where furnishings and fittings are of the a highest quality and spectacular unspoiled south west facing views across the Amber Valley make this the most unique of properties. The property is entered into via a large entrance hall, off which are the main reception rooms. To the rear of the hall, through double glazed doors, is the fully equipped kitchen which is open to the south facing conservatory style dining area that has some occasional seating and fold back glazed doors opening onto a large wrap around patio.
