The nearby towns of Honiton and Axminster offer a good selection of shops pubs and cafes where you can sample local delights including the famous Devonshire cream tea. For lovers of the outdoors the surrounding Blackdown Hills are the perfect backdrop for all manner of pursuits or why not take a trip to the stunning Jurassic Coast and enjoy a long walk or simply relax on one of the many picturesque beaches. A large covered porch leads you to an original Elizabethan door which is the main entrance into the house. From here you are met with a hallway leading firstly to the stunning great hall on your right.
