The market town of Barnstaple is less than 3 miles away and has a plethora of shops and places to eat and the well known Butchers Row with its unique independent shops. If it s the beach you're looking for Saunton Sands is 10 miles away, Croyde is 13 miles which is known to be a mecca for surfing or 14 miles is Woolacombe which has 3 miles of sandy beaches. Venture further and there is RHS Rosemoor with more than sixty five acres of stunning gardens to look around and a visit to the UK's only remaining glass factory, Dartington Crystal being15 miles away. As you enter through the hallway, you will see that this barn has been lovingly decorated, with underfloor heating throughout. There are two bedrooms on this floor, a twin room and a king size bedroom, both with en suite shower rooms and Smart TVs. The large farmhouse style kitchen with its original beams and centre island is the perfect place to try out new recipes or make breakfasts together as you plan your fun filled day ahead. It is equipped with a dual fuel cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, wine cooler, washing machine and tumble dryer. Next to the kitchen is the dining room with a large dining table that seats 12 people. On this floor, there is also a WC. From the kitchen, you go down six steps into the light and airy lounge with large comfy sofas, gas fire, and a Smart TV with Netflix and DVD, to sit, relax and watch your favourite movies or enjoy a board game or two, with patio doors leading out onto the courtyard. There are a further four bedrooms upstairs, all with en suites: there are two king size rooms with roll top baths, shower attachments and WCs, another king size bedroom with a shower room and WC, and the final room is a twin bedroom complete with a bathroom with handheld shower and WC. Heading outside through the patio doors from the lounge, is an enclosed south facing patio with a large table and chairs to seat 12 people, and a gas BBQ to enjoy al fresco dining with friends and family on those lovely summer evenings. For those that like a game of tennis, you will love that the private tennis court is open all year, plus there is also a children s play area. The indoor games room is located only 25 yards from the cottage with small fridge/freezer, ping pong, football and air hockey tables. There is also ample gated car parking directly in front of the cottage.
