The mezzanine room features its own balcony which overlooks the lounge area perfect for a bit of downtime away from it all. Going back to the lounge and completing the offering on the ground floor, accessed via two steps up from the main level are the first of the beautiful bedrooms, the first of which is a double with a Smart TV and en suite bathroom with shower and WC. Moving along the corridor, there is a further cosy twin room with en suite bathroom with shower and WC and then a further king size with Smart TV, en suite shower room with WC. Venturing up the stair and onto the first floor you will discover another area with an armchair which is perfect to relax with a good book, plus the other two perfectly appointed bedrooms, and these consist of a spacious king size bedroom (which can be made into twin on request) with countryside views, Smart TV and further king size bedroom (which can be made up into a twin on request) with Smart TV. These two bedrooms benefit from a great sized family bathroom with shower, WC and bath with restricted head room. Located to the front of the property is the private hot tub and games barn, offering fun for all the family. There is also two further spaces, one lawned area and the second graveled, with a lovely informal garden setting with furniture, a charcoal BBQ, and provides the perfect place to relax in the sun whilst children can enjoy the games room. Private off road parking for six cars is provided within the private enclosed area.
