This superb and unique property sits in an ideal position in the small seaside town of Ilfracombe. Damien Hirst s Verity is also located on the sea front. The Landmark Theatre is close by, offering shows, live music and festivals throughout the year. The Tunnels Beaches with its water pools is located at the bottom of the road and is a real hit with families.
