This superb and unique property sits in an ideal position in the small seaside town of Ilfracombe. The town's high street and seafront are just a short walk from the property, peppered with a variety of restaurants and bars along with small independent shops and the amusements. Damien Hirst s Verity is also located on the sea front. The Landmark Theatre is close by, offering shows, live music and festivals throughout the year. The Tunnels Beaches with its water pools is located at the bottom of the road and is a real hit with families. On this floor are the further two bedrooms, a double with TV, garden views and access to outside and the master suite with king size bed, TV, garden views and access to outside with an attached child s twin. Completing this floor is the contemporary shower room with double shower and WC. Heading outside, there is plenty of space to relax including the two balconies in the lounge and dining area. In addition to these balconies there is an enclosed, south facing garden with views over the town with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ; the perfect spot to enjoy some al fresco dining.
