Situated in the centre of Instow yet in a quiet cul de sac backing onto the Tarka Trail is this delightful cottage, ideal for couples. North Devon has much to see and for keen walkers and cyclists the cottage overlooks and is within minutes of the Tarka Trail which provides 21 miles of level, scenic and traffic free cycling, and where bicycles can be hired. Barnstaple (North Devon's largest town) is less than five miles away and has a busy pannier market selling local Devon produce, a theatre, cinema and well known fashion stores. In the evenings, you can relax in the private hot tub or stroll to one of the many local pubs serving food. On entering through the front door through a convenient boot room, you enter a stylish and comfortable lounge with a comfy corner sofas where you can relax in front of the wood burner and watch the Smart TV or catch up on your favourite box set. Walking through the lounge to the kitchen/diner, the kitchen area is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with ice compartment. The dining area has a pretty dining table and leather chairs which look out onto the private patio area. At the other end of the cottage is a spacious bedroom with king size bed which then leads through spacious shower room with shower and WC. Stepping outside from the kitchen/diner, three steps lead down to the sunny patio area overlooking the Tarka Trail with private hot tub, BBQ and garden furniture. Outside the rear door of the cottage is a yard equipped with a lockable bicycle shed and space to store surfboards. Parking can be found in the nearby car park or roadside parking subject to availability (There is also parking at a nearby pub on Marine Parade, courtesy of the Landlord)
