In addition there is a large patio area directly outside and this is presented with a selection of garden furniture including two large picnic benches and two fire pits. There is also a selection of outdoor games provided including croquet meaning that you can make the most of this stunning outside space. Further play facilities are available in the form of an on-site tennis court games room with ping pong table and pool table and a toddler play area with swing and slide there is also lockable storage for surfboards and bikes available. Ample parking is available and comprises a parking area directly outside and further spaces in a designated area just a few yards from the front door.
