Appledore, famed for its shipbuilding heritage, has a wealth of pubs, shops, and art galleries. In summer, it is possible to take the ferry across the estuary to the village of Instow, with its sandy beach and yacht club. Beach lovers will love Westward Ho! with its two mile stretch of golden sands, perfect for swimming, surfing or just relaxing and building sandcastles. The property enjoys a unique location, right on the Northam Burrows with beautiful walks to both Westward Ho! or Appledore and extensive walks ideal for dog walking. Guests enter the property via the enclosed courtyard area and are greeted by an impressive open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which is stylish in décor as well as design. The lounge area is well equipped with comfortable seating, as well as a Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The kitchen is equally well fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, perfect for preparing a family meal. A secure storage shed is on one side which can store bikes, surfboards or golf clubs. The patio area also has ample seating and is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or a sundowner in the evenings. There is allocated off road parking for two cars.
