Perfectly placed there is much to see and do. The beautiful beach of Saunton Sands is within walking distance of the property or can be reached by a short 2 mile drive. Saunton Sands beach is very popular for surfers and families, and it offers beach huts to hire. Other local beaches such as Croyde well known to be the surfing mecca and Woolacombe which is known to be one of the best beaches in the world. Braunton offers an array of shops restaurants, pubs, and takeaways. Walking enthusiasts will also be spoilt for choice with the nearby Southwest Coast Path and Exmoor National Park, not to mention a plethora of National Trust land and the well known Tarka trail. Step inside this beautifully renovated maisonette which leads you into the hallway with a place to store muddy boots and to hang your coats. Heading outside you will then discover the lovely outdoor garden with views across the North Devon countryside. There is a very stylish barbecue shelter for dining alfresco and dining set to enjoy those lovely summer evenings. At the front of the property, there is parking for one car. You will also be able to store pushbikes in the front shed and there is a place to store surfboards and to hang wetsuits up to dry. This property has a private water supply.
