This terraced property is ideal for an old-fashioned family seaside holiday or relaxing escape at any time of year. Just outside the front door is a long, flat promenade to stretch your legs and maybe enjoy the celebrated, locally made ice cream, with the backdrop of Instow Beach’s golden sands. The area is a must for water sports, sailing enthusiasts and fishermen, whilst walkers and cyclists will enjoy the famous Tarka Trail which passes through the village. Golf and horse riding are available locally. There are numerous NT properties in the area including Arlington and Hartland Abbey, as well as the RHS gardens at Rosemoor, Docton Mill and North Devon is well-positioned for visits to Exmoor, Dartmoor and North Cornwall. Bideford, 4 miles, offers town amenities and boat trips to Lundy Island. For family fun, The Big Sheep and The Milky Way Adventure parks are close by.
