Head out on foot down to the breath taking Welcombe or Marsland Mouth beaches and from here you can stride out on the South West Coast Path and explore the stunning rocky coastline, famed for its array of flora and fauna. If you would rather relax on your Devon getaway then the pretty fishing village of Clovelly is a lovely place to spend an afternoon, and with its cobbled streets filled with shops and pubs. Other attractions in the area include Hartland Abbey and Quay, The Milky Way Adventure Park, The Big Sheep Adventure Park, RHS Garden Rosemoor and Hartland Abbey. Head just a few hundred yards in the opposite direction on the main Atlantic Highway and you will enter Cornwall. Bude, Boscastle, Tintagel and Port Issac all within easy reach for a day out.
