The bright and airy property is situated within the owners attractive grounds and provides easy access to the iconic 95-mile long Jurassic Coast thanks to a footpath located at the end of the cul-de-sac. You ll be perfectly placed to explore the nearby historic market town of Bridport (1.5 miles away) as well as the numerous resorts dotted along the coastline such as Charmouth and Lyme Regis (9 and 12 miles away respectively). You could even spend a day at sea thanks to one of the many organised boat trips that depart from West Bay (1 mile away). You ll enter the cottage into the hallway where there s space to store all your coats and boots. The spacious triple aspect kitchen/diner is a fabulous area for enjoying breakfast together whilst planning your next adventure. It also has everything you need to rustle up a great evening meal after a long day of exploring including an oven hob and microwave. The lounge has two comfy sofas to sink into and is a lovely bright space to curl up with a good book. There s also a handy shower room on the ground floor. Upstairs you ll find the two bedrooms (just be careful as both rooms have reduced headroom at the eaves). The double bedroom has a balcony and boasts splendid countryside views and from the twin room you are treated to a distant sea glimpse. The bathroom which has a shower over the bath is also located on this level. Beautiful oak floors run throughout the property. Outside is a pretty south-west facing garden edged with flower borders. There is a patio split over two levels as well as a BBQ and outdoor furniture should you choose to dine alfresco. The lawned garden to the rear of the property is enclosed and has stepping stones leading to a separate playroom where you ll find plenty of children s toys and games. There is also a public children s play area less than 100 metres away. Off-road parking is available for one car.
