Lovely SCOTTISH home in secluded grounds with the most fantastic views, on the banks of River Dee, sleeps up to 14.

The area abounds with duck, geese and deer. Red squirrels visit the garden.

Within the house, which is decorated in traditional country house style, is a full sized billiard / snooker table. There is a lovely drawing room and a large dining room both with the wonderful river view. The kitchen with an AGA and electric cooker is fully equipped for a family of 12. There is WI FI through thought the house.

A housekeeper will come in for 3 hours during your stay, and a cook can be arranged if booked well in advance either daily or for the occasional meal to make sure your holiday is even more perfect!

Possibility of riding on the farm or bring your own horses and ponies.

Trout and salmon fishing, deer stalking, pony trekking can all be arranged.

There is a large play barn with pingpong and table football. You certainly will not be bored.
