The accommodation is well thought out with a great ratio of bathrooms and bedrooms. The living room has three 4-seater sofas, as well as oak flooring and a cosy woodburner. In addition, The Hayloft is a detached games room which also offers a double bedroom, a bathroom, living space and a kitchenette. Sixteen guests can sit comfortably around the dining table in The Mews House, or alfresco on the terrace overlooking the swimming pool. There is plenty of parking with enough space for 6 cars. As well as having a games room and a swimming pool, spoil yourself in the hot tub whatever the weather.
There are many National Trust properties and gardens to visit within the area or cycling and water based activities are available at Bewl. Other activities include Go Ape at Bedgebury Pinetum, outdoor concerts, It’s a Knockout at Amazon Events, pampering days at Wadhurst, burlesque dancing in Heathfield, murder mystery days at the Bluebell Railway, Herstmonceux Castle or a relaxing game of golf nearby. Fishing is available at nearby Hawkhurst Fish Farm (at cost). Why not arrange a private chef, or the local deli to arrange/deliver a wonderful dinner, lunch or buffet?
