This detached property consists of a wide entrance door and hallway, with doors leading to the bright sitting room and a cosy study both facing the sea. A shower room is also located on the ground floor with a toilet, sink and wheelchair accessible shower. The fully equipped modern kitchen has lovely views and a door leading onto the enclosed lawned garden. The comfortable living/dining room has patio doors and a ramp leading onto the patio area and garden. Upstairs, the master bedroom has stunning sea views, whilst bedroom two has a double bed and views overlooking the garden. A separate toilet is also located upstairs.
Clacton-on-Sea in located on the Essex coastline and is popular with day visitors and tourists seeking traditional pleasures of the seaside with a modern take. With its clean golden sand and seasonal lifeguard, Clacton’s beach also has a Victorian pier with 6½ acres of fun and entertainment, including undercover and outdoor rides, a bowling alley, arcades, SeaQuarium, a bar and side stalls. Clacton Shopping Village has great brands and independent stores with discounts of up to 60% on high street prices.
Jaywick Martello Tower is located south of Clacton-on-Sea and was built in 1809 to protect the coastline from French invasion, you can visit the tower to see the living history experience, art exhibitions and live music. Why not visit the neighbouring town of Walton-on-the-Naze and dig for sharks teeth or fossils on the beach? You could always take a step back in time to the uncommercialised seaside town of Frinton–on-Sea with its wide, white sandy beach perfect for building sandcastles or take a stroll along the promenade with its old fashioned beach huts.
