The property’s garden is enclosed, however young children and pets should be supervised outside at all times
Aga – to be lit between October and April but can be requested for the summer months during the booking process. In the summer, the kitchen can become hot due to heat from the Aga

The maximum occupancy for this property is 11 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 3 additional infants
