Lots of green communal space and a children’s play park. You will be blown away as soon as you walk through the door of Goosander Lake House as the first thing you will notice are the ripples and reflections coming from the lake just outside your window.
Once you’ve absorbed the amazing view, immerse inside the beautiful home with an open-plan modern kitchen that flows through to the sitting room and out onto the private deck.
The deck feels like another room to the house as it continues out of the sitting room via French doors. An ideal spot to view a superb sunset, or wildlife or simply observe those mastering the international water-ski course, all made even more perfect with a glass of wine and a BBQ.
Upstairs, a large master bedroom awaits with equivalent stunning views over the lake, two further bedrooms and a family bathroom. Extra care has been taken for families, and you will find lots of special touches around the house if you are planning on taking the little ones.
