Painswick is located at the midway point of the Cotswold Way national trail, just a short meander through the village you will reach Painswick Beacon with its breathtaking views across the Malvern hill and on a clear day even as far as Wales. Nearby are Prinknash Abbey bird and deer park and also the famous Rococo Gardens. Looking for a wild day out? Why not hop in the car and get your safari on at Cotswold Wildlife Park. For a splashing day out hop in the car to Cheltenham’s outdoor lido, complete with slides, baby pool and picnic gardens, perfect for keeping the little ones entertained for the day.
