Set on a working farm, this converted barn is close to the harbour town of Pwllheli and the pretty seaside town of Criccieth, with its historic castle looking out over the bay. Ideally situated for exploring the Lleyn Peninsula, renowned for its superb unspoilt scenery, excellent beaches, walking, cycling and water sports. The cottage has access to a three mile walk way and cycle path which is situated just across the road. It is cosy and well-equipped and has easy access to the beach, a few minutes’ walk, over railway via public crossing. Nearby, are fishing, horse riding, golf and you can explore the many hidden coves dotted all along the stunning coastline. The owner also provides grazing and a field for up to four horses at their property, by prior arrangement and additional cost. Stabling is also available. Portmeirion Italianate village, the Ffestiniog steam railway, Pwllheli Marina and fashionable Abersoch, for watersports, are all within 15 minutes’ drive. Beach 1 mile. Shop, pub and restaurant 2½ miles.
The Mill can be booked together with Glan Morfa Ganol (19381) and The Stables (23245) to accommodate up to 14 guests.
