The spacious first floor living room opens onto a large elevated balcony deck surrounded by woodland. Beaulieu River is a short walk away for swimming and boating. Easy country paths for walking or biking take you either to Beaulieu Village with its shops, restaurants and the National Motor Museum or to historic Bucklers Hard. Canoe, kayak and bike rental are all available nearby.

Bedroom 1 with 4'6in double bed.
Bedroom 2 with two 3' beds.
Bedroom 3 with 3' bed and 3' pull-out.
Bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, hand basin and WC.
Stairs to First Floor:
Open plan sitting/dining room with flat screen TV, DVD player and doors to large elevated balcony.
There are external stairs from the balcony to ground level.
Kitchen with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Cloakroom and WC.

Outside: the property is surrounded by woodland.  Patio doors from the living room open onto a wide balcony furnished with garden table and chairs.

Children welcome but parents please note that the property opens directly onto private woodland - so exploring and play should be supervised!

Included: Bed linen and towels (but please bring your own swimming towels) electricity and oil central heating.
Pets Regret no pets, but please note owners' own dog occasionally visits.
