The large garden which slopes down towards a large beautifully landscaped pond with an outdoor play frame. With ponies often found right outside the front gate the property offers an ideal base for guests wishing to explore the New Forest with all the added comforts during evenings and rainy days.

The property includes 5 bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor with en suite use of a shower room. There is a small games room on the ground floor for entertainment and a large comfortable lounge with an open fire for cosier evenings.

The beautiful decking surrounds the rear of the property with outdoor seating for enjoying the garden in the summer. There is also an additional patio with a large dining table perfect for al fresco dining.

The property is set in a rural location however the nearest shop is just a 5 minute drive away in the centre of the village of Bransgore. Here you may find two corner shops, two beauty salons, fish and chip shop and local doctors and vets.

You can walk straight from the front door for long walks in the forest leading towards Holmsley and Burley, picking up the old railway track taking you through some beautiful scenic parts of the forest.

Further afield the villages of Burley and Brockenhurst are within a 10-15 minute drive and the larger market towns of Ringwood and Lymington are within a 25 minute drive.
