Games room: Table tennis and pool table, sofa seating 3. Door to swimming pool and gym.
Snug: Seating for 7, ornamental inglenook fireplace.
Utility room: This is private (for staff only) however the washing machine and tumble dryer may be used.

Access to the 7-acre estate (enclosed around the perimeter) including hard tennis court, indoor heated pool, hot tub, gym, games room with pool table and table tennis. Barbecues and outdoor seating are available for use.. Deep in the rolling countryside of south Kent lies this gorgeous farmhouse. Dating back to the 13th century, it offers a myriad of original features combined with modern comforts, and the amazing facilities that have been added to the estate including a tennis court, indoor heated pool, hot tub, gym and a games room. These facilities are exclusively yours when booking either the farmhouse, or the whole estate including the cottages.
The Farmhouse offers a huge country kitchen, breakfast room with feature window from the original part of the house, and a large dining room which leads into the sitting room - great for entertaining and celebrating your special occasion. There is also a small snug room with ornamental inglenook fireplace, a wonderfully tranquil corner of the house to relax in. Upstairs offers 6 bedrooms with fabulous views across the estate, including the huge master suite with dressing room resplendent with inlaid paneling wardrobes, and large en-suite with double bath.
Accessed from the house or externally, the swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym are housed next door to the farmhouse. There is a large terrace outside, a lovely suntrap on which to relax in the sun and enjoy this fabulous escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The 7 acre grounds are also yours to roam and enjoy during your stay.
This country spa retreat is perfect as a base for family and friends to celebrate and explore - with both the countryside and the coast nearby. The location is renowned for its stunning sunrises and sunsets, and Great Everden is surrounded by fantastic bridleways, footpaths and country lanes for those wishing to walk or cycle in the countryside.
Everden Farmhouse can be booked to include the other properties on the estate, sleeping up to 34 guests in total (please enquire for more details). Ideal for large family groups, pamper parties/hen weekends and team-building groups; in addition other activities such as shooting, fishing parties and tennis lessons can possibly be arranged.
