Beautifully renovated, this spacious property has two bedrooms, a comfortable living room with wood burner and open plan kitchen with dining area, the property also boasts a large private and enclosed lawned garden with seating to enjoy in the summer. Within walking distance of the sea and the local pub, this property is the perfect location for friends and family to enjoy a seaside holiday, with the town centre of Hythe just a short distance away. Here, guests can enjoy a selection of bars and restaurants. Ziggy’s Place is ideally situated for all local attractions which include Romney, Hythe, Dymchurch Miniature Railway and Port Lympne Wild Animal Reserve. There is fantastic cycling and walking along the seafront and the Royal Military Canal, alternatively you can enjoy a family bike ride, with cycle hire is available locally. Day permits are available for fishing on the Military Canal and you can also fish direct from the beach. There are row boats for hire, or electric boat trips along the canal. In South Road there are public tennis courts for hire and a public indoor swimming pool. Golf is also available at the Hythe Imperial Hotel in Princes Parade. Beach ¼ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.
