Sleeps 10. There is plenty of space for all with two sitting rooms (with a Smart TV & DVD players), four bedrooms, four bathrooms (3 of which are ensuite), a dining table which comfortably seats 10 and a large open-plan kitchen. An amazing property for socialising with friends!

The enclosed garden has two sun terraces with an outside dining area, a private hot tub and stunning views over the Norfolk countryside. There is also a table tennis table, table football & dart board available to guests in a separate games room. Off road parking is available.

The barn is ideally situated between the stunning beaches of the north Norfolk coast (8 miles), the Norfolk broads & the cathedral city of Norwich. There are so many things to do on your holiday with us, from eating out in one of the many superb pubs and restaurants in the vicinity, including the award winning Gunton Arms, to visiting the National Trusts Blickling Hall & Gardens. Take a boat out on the broads or go crabbing at Cromer, the list is endless. For those with young children we highly recommend Bewilderwood & The Roar Dinosaur Park . Bring your dogs (2 welcome) and explore the fabulous walks that lead from the door & pass the Banningham Crown, our local pub, which not only does superb food, but also allows dogs.

Located in Norwich, this vacation home is in a rural area and by the sea.
