A perfect location for a relaxing holiday by the sea on the Norfolk Coast. Step down from the garden onto the beach or picnic in the dunes while exploring this unique coastline. The village of Bacton is well served with amenities all within walking distance including pubs shops and restaurants. Larger traditional seaside resorts are close by such as Cromer where guests can take a walk along the Victorian pier see a show at the Pavilion theatre and sample the local Cromer crab. Younger guests will adore visits to Bewilderwood and Amazona Zoo while sightseers can marvel at some of the National Trust properties located in the area such as Felbrigg and Blickling. Guests will initially enter the wide spacious hallway with space for coats and shoes or a play area for children before moving through to the fabulous open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With full height ceiling double doors and windows out to the garden and providing stunning sea views this room is both light and airy while remaining cosy and comfortable a perfect backdrop for any celebration or get-together. The lounge area has two sofas on which to relax and watch any must see programmes on the TV or simply marvel at the spectacular sunrises over the ocean. The dining area has table chairs and bench seating on which to enjoy any prepared meals and the rustic kitchen area while cosy has everything required for holiday dining. Electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and located in hallway cupboard a washing machine. The room also has a wood burner to take the chill off any evening and add to the cosy atmosphere. From the hallway guests will find all three thoughtfully furnished bedrooms the first being a double while the other two accommodate king-size one with sea view. Finishing the accommodation are two contemporary shower rooms with shower cubical and WC. For those who enjoy relaxing outside with glorious sea breeze the bungalow has ample garden space which includes a decked area with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ for al fresco dining. Off road parking for four cars. Note: The end of the garden provides direct access to the beach and parents should be observant of small children.
