From here you can walk along the old railway line discontinued in the 1960s into the heart of the stunning Norfolk countryside. You are not far from the coast here either with the pebbles at Weybourne beach just 4 miles away and the famous sands and pier of Cromer 11 miles from Holt. Step into the modern kitchen with its limestone flooring and granite worktop where you will find all you could need during your stay; an oven microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher. From here step into the extended conservatory area where you will find the laundry facilities. The lounge - which is accessed via one step down - exudes country style with exposed beams and a brick fireplace adding to its cosy charm. There is also a dining room with seating for six. With all rooms on a single level you will find the three bedrooms on the ground floor; one double with an en-suite shower room and two twins one with a sink and vanity unit. You will also find a bathroom with a shower over the bath and a separate WC. The spacious rear garden is a suntrap so you can catch the rays at most points of the day relaxing on the garden furniture. There is also a pretty courtyard garden to the front of the property plus parking.
