The Wells and Walsingham Light Railway will take you through this delightful area. Quaint villages and market towns to discover include Brancaster Holt Fakenham Burnham Market and Hunstanton. Situated in the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty you can explore miles of spectacular coast and stunning countryside. Attractions include the Broads National Park the Holkham Estate Sandringham Pensthorpe Natural Park and the nature reserves at Titchwell Snettisham and Cley Marshes. You could also enjoy a trip from Blakeney to see seals in their natural environment. On entering this pretty semi-detached cottage which was previously the town s Regal Cinema you will find yourself in the light and spacious lounge/diner. With plenty of comfy seating TV/DVD radio and iPod dock the bright and welcoming lounge is a charming space to relax in with original features including exposed beams and wooden flooring. You will also find an attractive dining area ideal for six guests. Moving into the kitchen you will find it fully equipped with an electric oven induction hob microwave fridge/freezer wine cooler dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is also a ground-floor WC. Going upstairs to the first floor you will find three cosy bedrooms each having built in wardrobes. There is a double room with a king-size bed and two twin rooms. There is also a bathroom complete with a shower over the bath and a WC. French doors from the lounge lead you outside where you can sit back and relax in the enclosed rear courtyard garden which is shingled with garden furniture and a BBQ. A parking space for one car is situated behind the property.
