Norfolk Broads. Sleeps up to 6

Sleeps 6 (2 double bedrooms & 2 single bedrooms).

Harnser Lodge is in a central position in Horning on the main bank of the River Bure.

Lovingly looked after this property has some truly unique finishing touches dotted around, it feels like a real home from home but walking in you feel the wow factor too. You might need to fight us in the office to grab the holiday weeks as we all want to move in. Throw open the sliding doors in the lounge you really feel like are sitting on the top of the water, the sun streams in through these doors making it the perfect place for your sundowners whilst watching the local wildlife and boats floating by. You'll be sure to have a visit from the local heron also, keep your eyes peeled for him, he loves to visit the balcony.

There is a large open plan kitchen/diner/lounge on the first floor with breakfast bar and Walnut flooring through out. A large balcony and sun room so you can while away the hours watching the boats go by and enjoying this idyllic setting. With 4 bedrooms, 2 with en-suite, Harnser Lodge sleeps 6 in 2 double rooms and 2 single rooms.

Sorry no pets allowed here. Property has unfenced river frontage extra care needs to be taken with children.

STRICTLY a no smoking property. Smokers are allowed to smoke outside but not inside the house.
