Along the light and airy hallway, up its own flight of stairs is a self contained suite which offers a king size zip and link bedroom (can be made into twin upon request) and a separate sitting room with sofa, smart TV and small library of books, there is also an en suite shower room with enclosed shower, sink and WC. Along this corridor you will find a games room complete with football table and dart board. Off from the kitchen in the snug area is a small dining area with easy chairs and books and is an ideal space to catch up on the day s newspapers. There is also a charming sitting room in shades of greens and blues with sofa and comfortable chairs, providing a lovely spot to sit and relax. Double doors lead to the family sitting room with a large smart screen and deep comfortable sofas. This room also has a wood burning stove which is perfect for watching a family film around the roaring fire. Off from the main staircase the barn boasts a family bathroom with bath and separate shower you will also find four bedrooms a king size bedroom with windows to the front and rear overlooking the garden and country lane. Further down the hall you will find a twin bedroom and a king size bedroom with en suite shower room, sink and WC. The final bedroom offers a stylish brass bed and overlooks the garden with a handy en suite shower room with sink and WC. Outside is the private walled garden with outdoor seating next to the well stocked borders around the lawn and large gas BBQ. There is private parking for three vehicles at the rear of the property
