There is also a kitchen table offering space to enjoy a lazy breakfast and the adjoining utility room offers a washing machine and clothes horse and accommodates a separate WC. The very cosy front living room offers a spacious corner sofa just waiting for you to curl up on with the wood burner lit and a good film on the TV/DVD or a book from the shelf. The property also benefits from a lounge/diner with formal dining table to celebrate that special occasion a comfortable sofa and armchair on which to while away the evening in front of the TV. Leading off the lounge is a sunny conservatory with relaxing bamboo seating a perfect place for that all important morning coffee. Heading up the stairs you will find the first bedroom a single with pretty views over the village green and Maypole. Heading further up the stairs to the first floor you arrive at the spacious landing with a comfy armchair and a well-stocked bookshelf. There is a twin zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made up as a super-king-size on request) with lovely views over the green Maypole and 12th century church. The third bedroom is a spacious king-size with convenient en-suite bathroom with bath separate shower and WC. The final bedroom is a pretty double with the benefit of its own tidy washbasin. Completing the first floor is the family bathroom which too offers a bath separate shower and WC. Outside Wisteria offers a generously sized garden to enjoy and a double garage with a pool table and comfy seating for some competitive indoor fun. You will also find a badminton and boules set in Wisteria s cloakroom which are great for enjoying summer days on the lawn. The patio with alfresco dining and seating in the late spring and summer months ensure an all-round country village escape. The cottage s drive comfortably accommodates off-road parking for three cars.
