A delightful location set just a short walk from the renowned coastal path the jewel of the Pembrokeshire National Park.
Stay in possibly one of the last surviving vernacular cottages of Pembrokeshire. After an 18 month restoration the cottage has been brought back to life and now plays host to a cosy one-bedroom cottage near to Whitesands Bay. Inside it oozes rustic charm with its bumpy stone walls, low beamed ceilings and an inglenook fireplace. There are hidden gems in all its nooks and crannies that were unearthed during its renovation.
You’ll be less than a 10 minute drive to the blue-flag beach, Whitesands Bay. The northern end of the bay has some of the best surfing 'breaks' whilst the southern end is perfect for paddling with its sheltered bays. Also within a 10 minute drive is the small cathedral city of St Davids.
There are a number of footpaths that run close by the cottage, where you’ll be able to link onto the Pembrokeshire Coast Path for walks along St David’s Peninsula. If you’d like to explore the coast from the water, drive along the north coast to Mathry where you can book onto a kayaking tour with outdoor adventure company, Preseli Venture.
