The fishery has been created by former World Champion Ian Heaps and offers variety between its 3 lakes and a mile of salmon and sea trout river. Close to the market town of Narberth, with its multi coloured Edwardian and Georgian buildings and independent shops selling items from fine art to food, with vintage and antique shops, plus plenty of pubs, cafes and restaurants. Attractions in the area include Oakwood Theme Park, Folly Farm Adventure Park, Canaston Woods for walking and cycling and the Blue Lagoon Water Park, there is something for all the family to enjoy. This lovingly restored property has been designed with great care and style making the most of the surrounding views. With a reverse level layout, step into the ground floor hallway where you will find 2 bedrooms, both with freshly laundered linen and towels, and a family bathroom. Heading upstairs, you will find the main living space. This is the ideal space to relax together after a day exploring the sights of Pembrokeshire, or simply sit back and enjoy a cup of tea. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner benefits from a floor to ceiling window, which perfectly frames the view of the beautiful fishing lakes and beyond. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and preparing meals, with a dining table where you can all eat together. There is also a shower room on the first floor with WC. Outside, there is a shared patio area to the rear of the property with garden bench, together with shared grounds to stroll around by the beautiful fishing lakes. There is complementary fishing available, including carp, crucian and match lakes, plus river fishing. There is also a tackle shop on site where you can purchase any equipment needed. Please observe social distancing guidelines whilst using shared grounds. The laundry facility will be open but only one person to use them at a time, and sanitiser spray and wipes will be provided.
