Church Stretton an excellent base for the country lover and sportsman alike with walking and cycling for all abilities. For enthusiastic golfers The Shreswbury Golf Club is just 2 miles away. Much Wenlock a stunningly beautiful historic town, birthplace of the modern Olympian movement and many unique shops, tea rooms, a 12th century priory and museum. National Trust properties to include Chirk and Powis Castles, Erddig and Attingham Park with beautiful grounds and gardens.
