The 500 acre park is yours to explore through open fields, woodland and lakeshore paths. Exhibitions and works of art by internationally renowned artists are on display throughout the grounds while refreshments can be found at the sculpture park's own cafe and restaurant. The cottage is is part of the Yorkshire Sculpture Triangle and is well placed for visiting the Hepworth in Wakefield and the Henry Moore Institute in Leeds. Leave your coats and boots in the hallway and walk through to the cosy lounge with beamed ceiling, inglenook fireplace and coal burner. The lounge also features a Lazy Boy recliner chair and sofa which is perfect for curling up on in front of the TV/DVD with Blu ray or listen to music on the sound bar. Heading through to the farmhouse style kitchen/diner with terracotta floor tiles, includes an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Enjoy breakfast sat at the farmhouse dining table with pretty views over greenery to the rear of the cottage. Upstairs on the first floor the master bedroom is bright and spacious with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and plenty of space to relax. There is a nearby smaller single bedroom. The bathroom offers a shower over bath and WC. Located to the front of the cottage is the garden which offers a table and chairs for dining alfresco, surrounded by lots of greenery. In between the garden and the cottage is shared parking with an off road parking space for one car.
