Two of the bedrooms have superb four poster beds, and on the second floor two bedrooms share an interlinking door as well as their own private entrance. The property boasts many original and restored features throughout such as beams and exposed stone, and outside there’s ample private parking and a garden complete with private hot tub which offers the most spectacular far reaching countryside views.

Centrally located near to Rudyard Lake in rural Staffordshire Moorlands, just a few miles from the Peak District National Park, you’ll find many local walks and cycle routes. Rudyard Lake itself offers boating and fishing, and is also home to a café, bar and restaurant. The charming market town of Leek, with its cobbled market place, can be reached in around 10 minutes and provides ample shops, pubs and restaurants. The surrounding area holds many attractions within easy reach such as Britain’s premier theme park Alton Towers, World of Wedgewood or the Emma Bridgewater Factory, all around a 30-minute drive. Peak Wildlife Park is around 20 minutes or Trentham Gardens and Monkey Forest around 45 minutes. Shop 4 miles, pub and restaurant 2 miles.
