Set within its own orchard and within the owners’ grounds, this is a great location and touring base for couples and families wanting a romantic rural break to explore the Suffolk countryside. A light, open plan, modern fitted kitchen/dining room with all modern conveniences, along with a living area and generous family bathroom completes the ground floor. Upstairs is a spacious, master double bedroom with Velux windows, and good sized twin bedroom. Outside is an enclosed decked seating area and your very own orchard with views overlooking the field and a resident pony and donkey.

Weybred Lakes are only a few minutes’ walk away and comprise 3-acres of mixed course fishery set in stunning and picturesque surroundings. Even if you are not keen on fishing you can walk around the lake and take in the peaceful scenery and wildlife. If you like fishing, there are plenty of carp, tench roach and perch to catch and day passes are available to purchase locally. Other nearby attractions include the historic market town of Harleston, just 1½ miles away, which still holds a market every Wednesday, along with restaurants, cafés and shops. Norfolk and Suffolk Aviation Museum can be found just over 5 miles away, where there are around 65 aircraft on display, some outside, as well as artefacts and exhibits for you to explore. Beach 20½ miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.
