Maple Tree House has a driveway to the front with parking for several cars. It has a private, enclosed back garden with an extensive tiered decked area and pergola, providing the perfect spot for a leisurely breakfast or brunch in a south-facing garden which captures the sun all day. There are a table, chairs and bench seating on the decking and around the garden. The deck can be approached through French doors from both the large garden room and library and looks onto a lawned area with established flower beds and borders, trees, kitchen herbs and rhubarb. Stratford has an abundance of varied pubs and restaurants, bistros and shops, with regular street markets, all within easy walking distance, as is the theatre. Further afield, within easy reach, are Kenilworth and Warwick with their ancient castles, Leamington Spa’s regency architecture, Birmingham and the NEC. The Cotswold Hills begin 15 minutes’ drive away, with Chipping Campden and Moreton-in-Marsh both very accessible. Golf is available nearby. Shop, pub and restaurant 500 yards.
