This superb house is ideally located in the market town of Southam, within easy reach of many popular attractions. The property is close by to one of the most popular wedding venues in the area, Warwick House. The market town of Warwick, with the impressive Warwick Castle is less than 25 minutes away and the regency town of Royal Leamington Spa is less than 20 minutes. A visit would not be complete without exploring Shakespeare s birthplace with attractions to include Anne Hathaway s Cottage, Hall s Croft, Mary Arden s Farm and the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, and adjacent Swan Theatre. There a numerous National Trust properties within the Warwickshire area including Upton House, Baddesley Clinton and Packwood House.
