Great Malvern is a vibrant town with antiques fairs, WI country markets, farmers markets and many auctions throughout the year, as well as the Great Malvern Food Festival in June. The Malvern Theatre welcomes productions from the West End and the Royal Shakespeare Company. The area is also home to the Three Counties Showground hosting events throughout the year, take a trip to Eastnor Castle, Croome Court, Elgar Birthplace Museum and many National Trust gardens, all are within easy reach. Step inside and receive a warm welcome, there s space for coats and boots within the entrance hall, follow the hallway and arrive into the lounge/kitchen an area just perfect for family and friends wanting to spend time together, the cosy lounge has a contemporary style with interesting art work and colourful soft furnishings and a smart TV. And when the day is done there are two double bedrooms situated on the ground floor. There is another hallway off the kitchen with three steps down where you will find the bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC on this floor. Take a step out onto the patio area where you will find seating and charcoal BBQ, with steps that lead down to a lawned area. There is parking for one car.
